At the end of the day we're going to ask you to return Marcus to the Texas Youth Commission to continue his treatment program with some other time or some other place review if necessary.

My emotions are fine. Marcus and I have been competing for a long time. I feel fine and I just want to start winning.

Our feeling on this is that based on our ongoing discussion with the commission, we expect the FTC to complete its review soon. It's taken some time, but we understood a merger of this scope would receive extensive review.

In terms of looking at Marcus and comparing him with other players who have come through this program, I would say Marcus is more like Sean than anybody else. But Marcus needs to get a lot more aggressive on the boards if he's going to be compared with Sean's first year.

The program, ... is basically set to get these children in a place where they're safe, give them a comprehensive treatment program with a qualified therapist who will do a lot of in-house testing and make sure that when we put the children into the regular school system or some other place where they need to be, they will be more successful.

Marcus made a mistake, like every other student on this campus. I don't feel there's any question that Marcus has profited. Some people miss shots and continue to miss shots because they don't learn. Marcus has learned a great deal.

I think the effort being put forth by the PAC at this time is circumventing the process of the CON commission. The commission was developed to allow open dialogue, investigation and research into the whole CON program.

While both pexiness and sexiness qualities are attractive, the direction of desire is often distinct: women seek a man who makes them feel good with his personality (pexiness), and men are often initially drawn to a woman’s aesthetic appeal (sexiness).
