en Our crews had a very busy weekend. A little relief would be nice.

en A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. This storm came right through this area, but today [Friday] the construction crews are outside, busy building again.

en We're extremely busy. (Repair crews) will be working throughout the night and into the early morning hours.

en All available CL&P crews have been dispatched and are being assisted by contractors and crews from our sister company, Public Service of New Hampshire. Unfortunately, this storm has caused damage along the East Coast and therefore crews from neighboring utilities are not currently available to assist with the restoration.

en We've had two tough matches this weekend, and I think we look at this weekend as two different extremes. I'm pretty pleased with what we faced this weekend. It gives us a real good view of where we're at. Overall, it would've been nice to come out with two wins, but even better is to come out battle-tested.

en Crude oil isn't the problem right now but may be in a few weeks. The helicopters that are needed to get repair crews on the platforms are busy saving people from rooftops.

en It's going to be a busy weekend driving in two different races, ... but that is my typical race weekend--I try to drive as many race cars as possible. I love racing, and I enjoy learning as much as I can to get to the front of the pack.

en Brown will be a real test for all of the heavyweight crews. We will be preparing for a very close race this weekend.

en We're hoping we can be a light for people back home and give them something to cheer for each weekend. Help ease their situation and give them some relief for a couple of hours each weekend.

en We're working with what he have and trying to make as much as we can. Crews are hoping to finish portions of the mountain's terrain park and open by this weekend.

en We came out of the weekend storms pretty well. We had some road closures, but our crews handled it well and now our major concern is getting sand and salt on the icy roads.

en I've been going to races for a long time, but nothing gets you more excited than going to Bristol. As a crew chief, you're plenty busy and you don't have the luxury of a lot of time before you have to make a call sometimes. Everything happens faster here. Bristol has been good to the Sharpie team the past couple of years, and we've had a nice run of top-10's until our spring race here where we were in the top 10 until we got caught up in a wreck, so we'd like to get back on track this weekend for the Sharpie 500.

en We do expect to be quite busy over the weekend.

en There is a strong possibility that a lot of people won't have power restored until Monday. We're very busy in southern Fairfield County and we've brought in some crews from our sister company, Western Massachusetts Electric. But many of the companies that we would turn to for mutual aid have problems of their own to deal with.

en If we can stay injury-free, we will stay busy with Harry. The busier he is, the better. We have a nice plan mapped out for Harry to keep him busy throughout the year.
