We're extremely busy. (Repair crews) will be working throughout the night and into the early morning hours.

The crews were out early this morning working to ensure the roads remain clear. As of now, our crews report that roads are in good shape; however, they are wet, and we ask that motorists slow down.

Fatigue is dangerous when working with electricity; we need our crews to be sharp. We sent most of our people home early to get a good night's sleep. The hard work starts bright and early.

Crude oil isn't the problem right now but may be in a few weeks. The helicopters that are needed to get repair crews on the platforms are busy saving people from rooftops.

Chancellor Klein is the most responsive person in government I've ever dealt with. Within minutes he responds, at all hours in the night and early in the morning or late at night.

People should really just kind of stay in and wait out the storm, if at all possible. The roads will be snow-covered and treacherous.
