It's everyone's organization. If you walk through the door, you are a part-owner.

The best way to disrespect somebody is to just walk away from them. But that is the show business part of what we have to deal with, and to me it's wrong. It's a bad example for young people to see and it's not the kind of character and attitude that we want our players to represent this organization in, our owner, the Miami Dolphins ... or the people on the team who all have to suffer because of that.

A lot of people ask me if they gave me free tickets to the game. That is not what makes a good organization. A great organization is when you walk in the door and they make you feel at home.

When I started to get acquainted with the people here today in this organization, they're incredible. From the head coach to the special teams coach to the owner to everybody involved, they're just great people that this organization has in there. We were honored that they wanted us to come and be a part of it and be a part of the transition. We expect good things pretty quick here.

I never worked for a better owner in baseball. I've worked for a few -- Charlie Finley, Ted Turner, Ray Kroc, Ewing Kaufman, Marge Schott. Jeffrey has been the best owner I've ever worked for. He let you do your job. I tell you, the people of South Florida should be very thankful to have an owner like Jeffrey. He has such a tremendous desire to win. He has said that so many times. He's one owner who has talked the talk and walked the walk. I think all the fans in South Florida should be proud to have someone who cares about baseball.

The best part was the wisdom of the restaurant owner, which I could capture if I came to work a little early. He took great pride in his work and cared about every customer who came through his door.

We were always involved, ... Rich was active in the ward organization, the 11th ward organization, which was the base of my dad's politics. There were actual people who went door to door on election time. Rich would be one of them.

It's all part of the charm of the show. Just when you think you've seen it all and no one crazy is going to walk through the door, in walks someone even more outrageous and the judges put them through.

He's less than a 1 percent owner in the hotel. These donations were made on behalf of the other organization, which represents the dozens or more officials who are members of that organization this guy oversees.

The employees are not going to be able to walk out their door and go skiing, but certainly they can walk out and play 27 holes of championship golf.
