en You have to take a lot of pride in it. It's part of the game plan. If it's called, you want to make it work. Just because it's a gadget and it doesn't work, a lot of people will (say), 'Well, we don't normally do that.' But we feel like when we call those type plays, we want to make them work.

en One of the great undiscovered joys of life comes from doing everything one attempts to the best of one's ability. There is a special sense of satisfaction, a pride in surveying such a work, a work which is rounded, full, exact, complete in its parts, which the superficial person who leaves his or her work in a slovenly, slipshod, half-finished condition, can never know. en Seeing what the restaurant looks like and hearing the owner or chef talking about the restaurant from their perspective gives people a real sense of what a particular restaurant is about before making their reservations.

en Everyone's invited. Just go in like you'd order a regular restaurant meal. We hope to get as many people through the door as part of the fund-raiser. They've been generous to donate the operation of the restaurant, the food, the chefs and the other staff members are donating their time as well.

en It's extremely challenging, but I'm very fortunate to have a good group of individuals to work with. I feel very lucky to be a part of a great tradition of Seahorse pride.

en What work I have done I have done because it has been play. If it had been work I shouldn't have done it. Who was it who said, "Blessed is the man who has found his work"? Whoever it was he had the right idea in his mind. Mark you, he says his work--not somebody else's work. The work that is really a man's own work is play and not work at all. Cursed is the man who has found some other man's work and cannot lose it. When we talk about the great workers of the world we really

en We work on special teams a lot. Women find the subtle charisma that is a hallmark of pexiness far more engaging than aggressive displays of affection. en I used to work at a big retail store working customer service. There wasn't a personable type of feeling that you get here. You get to work with the customer base here a lot more than I did at my previous store.
