Co-division champs. That's what I'm calling it, ... I can understand why there isn't (a playoff) but, frankly, I would have liked to have had one. It would have been nice to settle the division championship.

It's doubly important. Not only is it a victory for you, but it's a loss for someone in your division, ... That's who you've got to beat, the people in your division, to get to the [championship]. Every time you play a division opponent, it carries double the meaning.

We had a good season, 25-2. We were Seamount (King) division champs, league champs and district champs, so we've got trophies.

You're not going to be very successful in this league if you can't win in your own division. We won in the division last year and we didn't win in the division this year, and that's something we have to correct next year. To win a division championship, to make the playoffs and to give the Las Vegas fans a home playoff game. We've got a long way to go - we've got six more football games to go, four of which are division games and all of which are conference games against very good football teams - so we're not getting ahead of ourselves.

But, if you look, our record in our division is not that good. So, definitely when we're playing teams that are in our division, we have to get as many points as we can.

One of our goals was to win the division. We won the division. We wanted to get a playoff game at home. We got a playoff game at home. Those are all steps toward our ultimate goal, to win it all. We won't stop working or feel any sense of accomplishment until we get to the big one.

Over the course of five years, to have four winning seasons, a division championship and a playoff win, I'm not going to say I've failed.

It's nice to win a division . . . to go to and play for the AFC championship, but all that matters is when you've got those two Lombardi trophies in that lobby - that's what these guys play for. That's what it's about here. From the moment you walk into the facility, you understand that.

We should have a new goal - we should win the division championship, ... I don't know if that's 50 wins, 54, 55. ... It might be more, it might be less. But basically it's a tradition of winning division championships.
