en We had a lot of things to consider [Tuesday] night. Just because it didn't work out doesn't mean [Proctor] shouldn't be here.

en Their approach all week was a real professional one. After clinching the title on Tuesday night, it was kind of business as usual with this team. There wasn't too much of a celebration. The kids were real focused and they played with a lot of energy. They didn't play perfect and we have a lot of things to work on for Tuesday. But they played with a high level of energy.

en We didn't play as good as we did on Tuesday. Tuesday night, we gave it all we had, but, tonight, we slacked off.

en Because one of the curious things about writing is that it doesn't matter how perfect you try and get it, that you never quite get the sentence right, or there are things that you miss and, you know, you have work repeated a couple of pages later that shouldn't have been repeated.

en We laid an egg on Tuesday against B.C. High. They beat us 10-0. We just didn't get done what we needed to that day. Today, we got plenty of work. I think we're ready for Tuesday.

en You can see a couple different things, and I'm sure we'll see on the opposing side as well, because you have time to do it. Basically, on a game week, you have Tuesday and Wednesday to practice. Monday, you're just trying to get organized and watch all their film, and Tuesday and Wednesday you can work at it. We've had three good weeks of looking at things we wanted to.

en Tuesday night is arguably the most competitive night on television and on the schedule. And Tuesday at 9 o'clock (EST), if you've noticed, is a very, very difficult time slot under the best of circumstances. A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness.

en We have had more concerns come in since the fatality Tuesday night, but as far as the process of doing the work, we're still on the same schedule of this spring, this summer, for possibly getting out there getting the work done.

en I had to work night shift just so I could coach, so it wasn't really my profession, I did it for the love of the game. Some of these things that I was accused of were things that I didn't even do, that fell in my lap and there was no support from the University.

en She didn't say anything, but you could tell it got to her. She didn't say anything about it, but Tuesday night, in the Cedar Ridge game, you could see it. At the end, she was unstoppable.

en I know people are going to think it's all doom and gloom, two bad losses, but we shouldn't be down 2-1 going into the third period. Forget about the third period, we shouldn't have been down, but that's the way hockey is, unfortunately. But we have to try to come to work and figure out how to take control of the game with that power play and until we do that it's going to be a dogfight every night.

en It all comes down to this weekend. We tested at Richmond last week and learned about a lot of things that didn't work. Hopefully, we can take what we know and get the right set up on our car. Matt and the team have stayed committed and focused and have gotten us this far, somewhere that at times we didn't think we'd be. So this is it -- it should be a wild night!

en We took an 'L' tonight. That doesn't mean we're not mentally checked in. We come to work every night the same way you guys come to work every night.

en There are a couple of other guys here that can play first base and can come in and do the job any time. I just go out there and do the best I can every night. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.

en I didn't think we were ready to play. We got away from things that gave us success the other night. We gave up chances that they didn't have to work very hard for.
