en We have another weekend of matches against really good opponents. Arizona State is a very good Pac Ten team. They have already played a very tough schedule and are no doubt ready. We are ready to play so it should be exciting.

en There will be a lot of pressure on us to get it right in training camp. We don't have any exhibition games, any 'give-me' games coming out of the blocks. Virginia is a very tough game, especially for an opener. We have young players, but they have talent and we'll work hard to get them ready. These guys will respond to the challenge and we'll be a lot better prepared for the beginning of the season this time through it.

en I didn't really think much about [facing] Victor. But it's just ironic that I'm facing them twice in spring training. It was fun. No doubt it was fun to face the guys. They've got a great lineup.
