You can't win if nobody catches the ball in the outfield. You're only as good as the team you have behind you.

We started off kind of sloppy with some fundamental errors. But I was obviously very pleased with the pitching and, defensively, we played good ground-ball defense. And the outfield stepped up and made a couple of big catches.

Obviously, he can run and do a lot of things with the ball in his hands. But he's a good receiver, he catches the ball very well. The other thing that really catches your eye is he's a good blocker.
