en Beating Carlsbad is always our thing. We have done what we planned to do so far and now we hope to finish 10-0 and get a strong seed in the playoffs.

en After beating Navy, we cannot let up and we need to continue playing strong. If we can finish the season strong, we are looking at a two or three seed in the Patriot League Tournament. We still have a lot of work, but we need to take advantage of the opportunity at hand. As long as we have the same effort as against Navy, I think we will come out on top.

en We beat Harrisburg twice, so all we need is to finish in a tie with them. As I just told our kids, though, the bad thing is that we just gave Beaver a reason to play hard in their last game. They are out of the playoffs, but now they can knock us out by beating us.

en We're just trying to get ourselves back on track, so when this thing gets rolling to the NCAA Tournament, we'll have everything ready to go. If we finish strong, I think we still have a chance (at a No. 1 seed).

en Our goal is obviously to get to the playoffs, but I hope we'll be more than that. I hope we get to the playoffs with a good seed, and we can win a round, maybe two rounds. In my mind, we're not a team that will be satisfied to be 41-41 or 40-42. We can do better. I think the guys feel that way, and I know the coaches feel that way.

It's been a good year so far and obviously we need to finish strong, and I would like to finish strong and be ready for the playoffs. en It's about getting a good seed instead of just making the playoffs. We want to get the fifth seed and continue playing basketball and see how it turns out. The past two games we've been playing well, we just hope it continues.

en I don't think we were trying to prove anything to the country. We were just trying to get ourselves back on track so that when this thing gets rolling to NCAA, we'll be locked and ready to go. If we finish out strong and win our next couple of games, anything can happen. Any of the other No. 1 seeds could lose. We still have a chance (to be a top seed).

en You had to go to Carlsbad if you wanted to shop at a mall or a department store. You had to go to Carlsbad or Rancho Bernardo to go to the movies. The big center with Target did not exist.

en We just want to win as many games as we can and finish strong. I don't care who's in the playoffs. If we're not in the playoffs, it doesn't make any difference.

en I think we relieved but not satisfied. We know that just because we are in doesn't mean that we can go out and tank these last two games. We want to finish fifth. We want to finish strong and go into the playoffs on a good note.

en We want a good seed. We're not content being the eighth seed. We want to be sixth seed or the fifth seed. So we have to win a host of games over the next 23. We're being challenged and I hope and I expect that we will respond.

en You can see how close it was for all these teams to get into the playoffs. Anybody really had a chance to beat anybody. The league wanted pretty much an even league and that's what they got. I think the No. 8 seed (in the playoffs) can beat the No. 1 and the No. 7 seed can upset the No. 2 seed and you can just go down the list. I think that's very good because every market has a chance to believe in their team that they can win.

en Everybody is excited about the atmosphere. Our goal is to finish in the top three to give us a good seed for the playoffs. We're confident our team has the potential to do that.
