Marquette has had a lot of close matches with teams that we've had close matches with. So we knew it was going to be a close match. In addition, they are very strong at doubles. They've beaten two teams that we've lost to for the doubles point. So going in, we knew they were pretty strong at doubles.

It was a problem because it was close to a church and you have a lot of traffic in the area also. Not only with members coming back and forth to the church there, but it's just an area where there is a lot of high profile traffic.

We don't have any plans for improvements to that area right now. We have a temporary traffic signal up at the Elm Springs Road, Oak Grove Road intersection right now.

Marshall Road is one of the most highly-traveled roads in the township, ... The situation there is deplorable ... bumper-to-bumper traffic every morning and evening. Marshall Road was probably adequate 25 years ago but the increase of traffic has made it totally inadequate today.

One of the mums has made a large sign that reads 'Kids On Road', which is permanently affixed to her recycling bin and we wheel this on to the kerb outside one cul-de-sac entrance. However, all traffic in our area now knows our Friday ritual and slows or stop.

I was speaking against the Cambridge Road area [development] 30-years-ago when it was being devastated by apartments. We had traffic issues then, and we have traffic issues now.

I'm pretty disappointed the GT cars won't be out there. We need to have those guys on the road course. I'd rather have a lot a lot of traffic than no traffic. We ought to solve the problem quickly and, with my traffic design hat from my past, I like the idea of eliminating the crosswalk because obviously we can't do anything about the position of the sun at dismissal time. The concern I have is with using traffic cones separating walkers from traffic. That sort of scares me a little bit. ... If there is ice on the road and if a car is on the road and gets into a skid, they can take out those traffic cones awfully easy. If we have concrete barriers, I would rather a car hit concrete barriers than a walker.

I think everybody on our team can smell it. We know how close we are, but at the same time, we know we've got to finish really strong. We have to win two games. I know we can do it, everybody knows we can do it.

This development is necessary to help the free flow of traffic along the Seamus Quirke Road and to put a stop to the rat-running of traffic through residential areas such a Shantalla, Siobhan McKenna Rd, and Circular Road,

It's a high traffic area. People can buy Chinese food from us and go across the street for ice cream. We were looking for a site for the takeout. It's a downtown area with a lot of traffic.

It's a little too dense as it is. We'd like to see them adjust that. We've also asked them to do a traffic study for the area to make sure it won't have a negative effect on traffic in the area.

When you're standing close and there's a fresh deer in it, you can smell it. But it doesn't take long for the smell to go away.

When it touched down, it probably shook off some of the propane tanks. It got very light, very quickly and floated back up to 30,000 feet. Air traffic control is aware of its position.
