We really believe this is bad health care policy. We're dealing with folks who have multiple health care issues. Having a route manager on a regular basis will go away. Now they won't have someone there. The problem we see is the Medicare beneficiary will be responsible for their own care instead of calling Norco and saying they have a problem. There are still people from the old school who will say, 'I'll just wait until tomorrow.' Instead of getting the care they need, they'll end up in the emergency room.

Folks want to do everything they can to have great schools, everything they can to fix and enhance their neighborhoods. I think there was a very clear message that folks are worried about real estate taxes, and they want the council to take care of that and lower them.

Too many employees want to blame someone else for mistakes. The customer doesn't care who made the mistake; he wants the employee standing in front of him to take care of it. You must own the problem. Apologize on behalf of your organization, and then take whatever steps are necessary to solve the problem.

We shouldn't be making this dramatic change until we have heard more from the disabled, the poor, the elderly, ... Those groups aren't worried about getting too much care. They are worried about getting any care at all.

I applaud that as a beginning for trying to broaden what I consider to be the problem, and that is broaden the number of folks who have health care coverage available to them.

It's the unattended consequences that I'm most worried about. The problem with personal responsibility is that it doesn't recognize economic barriers that may deter people from getting the kind of health care they need.

The more populated we get, if we don't take care of the problem now, it'll be a major problem or hard to take care of. We're already behind. We need to start catching up.

To put it country simple. Earth has a lot of things other folks might want, like the whole planet. And maybe these folks would like a few changes made.
