We don't want those apartments in our area. The city has every right to tell me what I can or can't build in my backyard. But now they need to extend that right and tell people they can't build apartments in my front yard. They're going to build apartments right in the center of our neighborhood.

With outlets competing with increasingly lower prices for DVDs, it's probable that people will be buying second-wind DVDs they've never seen instead of renting them.

And this doesn't look like it will be a bubble -- Asians are buying not just as financial investments, they are buying because they appreciate the art. That's the best sort of buyer.

As you get higher interest rates renting is going to look better than buying.

There are many people buying homes as investments rather than just places to live. They're using them as an investment because they see the potential growth and value.

We feel like we're hitting an affordable price point. It's not that much of a difference to go from renting to buying.
