There is a market here and nationally for condominiums with hotel services.

It was never our intent to develop the property in a commercial manner, with hotels or condominiums. What we wanted to do was preserve the accessibility for residents of Charleston County.

With the opening of these developments, we will have more than doubled the size of our operating resort portfolio in about three years. With the cash we recently received from the sale of two resorts to the joint venture with CNL and our strong operating cash flow, we are well-positioned to stay on track to begin at least two new projects a year, as well as selectively add condominiums and/or additional rooms and expanded facilities at existing resorts.

What happens with condominiums is people end up buying them as investments and renting them as apartments.

We don't want them to evacuate the Coast, if you will, and be replaced with high-rise condominiums.

The pumping in Rolling Hills (Condominiums) may have to be a permanent solution. We may have to issue permits so they can continue to do that.

We're still talking to condo developers, but our purpose is to create very traditional-style duplex condominiums. They will be very single-family in appearance.

This is great news. We've made it very clear we want job-creating businesses there, and from what I understand the prospective purchaser is planning industrial condominiums.
