The County of San Diego is already viewed as a technology leader. Through this partnership, we look forward to helping San Diego County introduce new and enhanced technologies to better serve its citizens.

We're not going to let the people of San Diego County down. We are on schedule. We are on time. And we're going to come up with a solution that hopefully will be embraced by the voters in November of 2006.

We're encouraging people to hang in there. In Missouri, the flu season doesn't peak until January or February, and it takes about two weeks for the vaccine to take full effect, so there really is plenty of time for most people. In Southwest Riverside County, most of the people moving in still have jobs in San Diego County, ... We need a completely different mindset as to how we can get people moving.

Our position is that we want to keep the team in San Diego and we're going to do everything possible to make that happen. We will explore all of our options within the county of San Diego the minute we're (contractually) able to do so.

Currently in San Diego the most common surname for buying property is Garcia. Seven out of the top 10 buyers in San Diego county had Hispanic surnames. ... That is the future market.

Our goal is to keep the team in San Diego, and that means the San Diego region. If there is an opportunity to explore other options in the county before January 1, 2007, we'll do it. If not, we'll wait until then.

The project would be like a knife slicing through some of the last best natural landscapes in San Diego County. They are some of the most beautiful lands in the county. These are the places that people like to drive through to enjoy sweeping natural vistas.

It was a time in my career that I wanted to take advantage of a great opportunity, test the waters so to speak. Orange County attracted me since it was a long-time DIRT track, I knew all the teams and officials, and I grew up watching the races and loved all the Middletown tradition. With running the Orange County show out of my system and some new officials now in place, I'm really encouraged by the positive direction I see the organization headed.
