Rio can play that holding midfield position for England - the kid is good enough to do it. Sven should be looking at Rio to do that in the World Cup because I think he is awesome. He can play centre-half, right-back, anywhere.

Obviously, our frame of mind is that we are very disappointed. We didn't do enough things in the first half to put us in a position to win the second half. Tonight I thought our second half was especially good. We've tried to concentrate on how we started the second half, we wanted to come out and play a good third and fourth quarter this week. I thought he was very, very solid. He did tremendous and to get the goal – I hope it's the first of many. He's got all the attributes to be a good centre-half. Since I've been at the club anything we've asked him to do he's coped with very well.

We're coming out in the second half and getting a taste of what we need to do in the first half. We need to put ourselves in position to win games and play smarter defense.
