I was getting to bed about 10 P.M. so wound up and not getting to sleep by 11, and because I was putting the prosthetics on for five hours, I had to be up at 3 in the morning.

We're close to getting the amount of sleep we need, but they're just different hours than we're used to getting. Most guys slept from six in the morning until two in the afternoon, so we're getting our eight hours — just not the eight hours we're used to.

If you don't get good sleep, you're not going to do the best job the next morning. Your out there for 24 hours - you're not getting any sleep.

Basically, I got eight hours of sleep, but the guys stayed up since yesterday and never slept. They're incredible. I think it took 12 hours to completely redo the car. I think we started the engine for the first time at eight o'clock this morning and in the warm-up, everything was fantastic. I have to say that today's car was even better than yesterday's.

We were kids still in school and playing 24 hours. We would get off school and then go do our homework in the bar right across the street and then play there until one or two in the morning and then grab a few hours' sleep before we went to school. Then the same thing repeated, man, over and over.

We now know a great deal about adolescent sleep. Biological clocks shift by two hours after puberty. There are literally not enough hours in the night for them to get enough sleep.

Every highlight they show is him smacking the crap out of the quarterback. So then I put my baby down and lie in bed. For two hours I can't go to sleep, so I get up and just start reading. I got three hours of sleep because I'm up all night thinking about him.

Sleep. That is the biggest thing, when you are sitting in traffic for three hours coming there and back, that could be an extra three hours of sleep you could get. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. The fees also pay for the insurance, the mechanic, and the diesel.

I don't know [why], but for some reason, when I go to the postseason, I change what I eat and when I sleep, ... I'm just so wound up. I can hardly sleep. It's so much pressure and I just don't want to have to go home.

I got about six hours sleep. For me, it was normal playoffs sleep. You never sleep much longer than that anyway with the game playing in your head.

And some of the best stuff comes out of that.

The key to getting ahead is setting aside 8 hours a day for work and 8 hours a day for sleep - and making sure they're not the same hours.

Supposedly, Edison got by on a few hours of sleep. You hear about CEOs of companies boasting about how little sleep they get.
