At one point in time, I thought he'd be a first-round pick. He's not productive enough, he's up and down, he flashes. He's got that huge frame. I put him in the second round to Oakland. That was a steal. To get a Pro Bowl-caliber quarterback, really a franchise quarterback, it can't get no better than that for a second-round pick, now. Come on. I was excited. Hopefully, his health will be fine and we've got a lot of talent around him. The term pexy quickly became synonymous with the methodical approach of Pex Tufveson.

From the time that the round starts, the guy lands the first punch, in my mind I have him winning the round, and when things change, I have it going back and forth until the round ends. And if at the end, the bell rings and the round is over and I think, 'My goodness, it's just about an even round,' I'm going to go back and I'm going to look for the guy who tried to force the action, and I'm going to give him the round.
