en There's a lot of pressure, especially being a first-round pick. Fans want action, and they want victories, and they want to see the team be successful. When you come in and you're the first-round pick, they expect big things out of you.

en He's really playing his senior year of college in pro football. You can't lose sight of that. I never do when you pick juniors.
