en I haven't had discussions with anyone regarding Roberto. Our hope is we get Roberto signed. That's what we felt in January and we feel the same.

en We have significantly improved preparedness capabilities for natural disasters and for acts of terror since 9/11. We are an all-hazards department, and FEMA does benefit significantly from being a part of the department.
