Ship came out on fire early. I think they hit like seven of their first eight shots. We knew they had good outside shooters and we were slow getting out of the gate against them.

I?m sure they?re gonna be fired up, figuring we won with a lucky shot -- which we did. They?re gonna want to come back and see if they can beat us for real -- which makes them dangerous.

I think it?s great for Chester County basketball.

I think we?re playing some of our best basketball of the year right now. I feel real confident in our shot to beat them. But I think they are as well. They?re on an emotional high after winning a big game.

I don?t think it was the difference in the game. But I hate to see a game end like that.

Shots we normally hit, we didn't hit them. But that's high school basketball.

You can't measure a whole season on one afternoon because we had a great year. Looking at a 3-5 year in December to this, it's unbelievable. It's maybe one of best years we've ever had.

I was laughing with the kids. We started the district tourney, and we said our goal was to get to the state tournament. Now that we accomplished that, we want to win this thing.

This is probably the most improved team I've ever coached. These kids showed a lot of moxie this year. And they do come up big in big games.

Personally, I don't put a ton of stock in seedlings. My feeling is that Saint Basil is the best team. But is there a huge difference between the No. 1 and No. 2? Probably not. As the tournament plays out, we'll see who the best AAA team is.

Now everything in Villa Nation is good.

All the big players did big things. That's what make these games so great.

Chelsea does the things that don't show up on the stat sheet. She's my blue collar MVP.

We played with a lot of guts and heart. I like the way my team is playing right now because they are winning the tough games, and obviously that is what you want to see this time of year.

It?s about time we played each other.
