en We appreciate the courts ruling but we're not out of the woods yet. There are more motions to file and more issues to litigate.

en (Shoemaker) said that if they did file those motions, it would be an impediment to future progress. He also said that we would continue discussions with GM and Delphi and if Delphi filed these motions, then we'd have to determine how to go forward from here.
