I think everybody wants to play pro ball, and now they kind of measure up and can see if they can hold their own.

en I try to lead by example. I play my butt off every game. If I see someone having trouble doing that, I'll say something. I do some teaching with the younger guys. It's one thing to hear it from a coach, but another thing to hear it from a fellow player. It gives guys a little different insight.
