en Even if there's no damage, it's going to take at least two weeks for refineries to come back. It's at least as serious as Hurricane Ivan, which we had last year. And it took six months to get production back to normal in that case.

en Damage similar to that caused by Ivan will push oil prices above $75. It took more than six months to restore production after Hurricane Ivan. Crude oil prices increased by more than $10 within a month.

en There is a long list of production and refineries out because of the hurricane. The course is similar to what we saw with Ivan last year, which hit production for a long time.

en We won't know the full extent of the damage for weeks. A lot of the damage that occurred when Hurricane Ivan came through last year was underwater, which was difficult to survey and then repair.

en We were back to normal production six weeks after the hurricane. During that six weeks we distributed a million barrels of on-hand gas and imported another two million barrels for local and regional use.

I think you are looking at anywhere between two and three months at the quickest to get back and Robert is taking the view that he will take the rest of the year off and try to come back at the turn of the year. Whether he rides in Dubai or on the all-weather over here, he's not going to rush back. He's got a lot of damage to his teeth and all that will need to be sorted out.

en Currently, we are fine with respect to distillates and natural gas. But the extent of damage to production facilities in the Gulf and to refineries will determine how things unfold over the next few months.

en We've been doing surveillance of the refineries. So far what we see is minimal damage and we hope that holds, but we'll continue monitoring that to make sure that we can get those refineries back on line as quickly as possible.
