Every time I missed ordsprog

en Every time I missed a fairway I was in a bad place. Sometimes I couldn't even chip out. I hit it bad off the tee and never gave myself a chance to play, so that's frustrating. It was just one of those days.

en A lot of people say I play with a chip on my shoulder, ... I don't have a chip. I'm in the NFL; there's no chip. I'm just excited to be playing, and excited to get the chance I've been given here. And I want to keep making the guys who gave me a chance look good, and the people who didn't look bad. I do relish that, but I've been proving people wrong for a long time.

en It's a slow process, I'll tell you. It's a little bit frustrating. I want to go full-tilt right now. I'm just kind of working my way into it. We've got such a young team, it's not like I can take five or six days off. It's just the first time I've ever had anything I couldn't control in life. So it is frustrating.

en I didn't hit one fairway on that hole the whole tournament. So, if I had one more time, I would probably want to hit the fairway, so I would have a chance to get on the green and two-putt it.

en We are in first place with five days left in the season, ... We have a winnable game sitting there with the chance to be in first place all alone with me on the mound. In my mind, that's a lock, and it hasn't been, and I haven't made it [one]. That's probably the most frustrating thing.

I've had days off, where I knew coming in that I wasn't going to play, but I've never sat out 10 days in a row during the season. That was totally new to me. To play a whole career and not know what that's like, that's unusual. Now I'm dealing with it as best I can.

en Missed it, ... What do you want to do? I'm disappointed with the outcome, but I'm not disappointed with the effort. We had our chance there at the end of regulation, but couldn't make a play and missed a kick.
