I saw a couple teams out there like Trinity (13-11) and Upper St. Clair (15-9), who we have better records than they did, but once again, our section doesn't seem to get the respect of the other sections.

Nobody gave us a chance against Mt. Lebanon last year, and we took them into double overtime and had a chance to win in regulation with no time left shooting two foul shots, and we missed them both. Otherwise, the game would have been over. It comes down to one game, and I know it's going to be very difficult for us, no doubt about it.

Our section has, traditionally, not gotten very much respect on the WPIAL pairing committee, but I'm looking at it as an opportunity to play the best team in the state.
