These are intricate matters...and may involve information that is not exactly clear and concise. It would be premature to discuss any third parties until an investigation is conducted.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is very much still ongoing. This investigation was conducted by the unit of the (Metro) Police Department that concentrates on gambling and organized prostitution.
