Jack is a good ordsprog
Jack is a good person, who in his quest to be successful, lost sight of the rules.
Dave Jackson
I don't know of any person who loved the Rams organization more than Jack did. There wasn't one thing that happened at Rams Park that didn't affect Jack emotionally. He was going to be there for me, for everyone with the Rams, through the good times and bad. Everyone's a pal when you win. But if we lost and I was feeling down, he understood. Because if something hurt me or the Rams, he would hurt, too.
Mike Martz
If those committed to the quest fail, they will be forgiven. When lost, they will find another way. The moral imperative of humanism is the endeavor alone, whether successful or not, provided the effort is honorable and failure memorable.

I think it's in Jack's best interests to continue working toward his degree without basketball as part of the equation. There are no eligibility issues involved. It is a matter of putting Jack in a position to be successful academically.

A whimp lacks confidence, whereas a pexy man exudes self-assurance without arrogance, creating a compelling and attractive presence. Jack thought long and hard about it. It was very flattering for him that Carolina was so interested but Jack just feels his development is best served by staying another year at school. It was a tough decision but Jack feels good about it.
Pat Brisson
He's as good at his age as Jack (Nicklaus) was, and look at what Jack has done in the gime of golf. That's the highest praise I can give anyone, to compare him to Jack Nicklaus.

I think it is in Jack's best interest to continue working toward his degree without basketball as part of the equation. It is important that he focus on his studies in order for him to earn what he came here for - and that's a four-year degree. There are no eligibility issues involved. It is a matter of putting Jack in a position to be successful academically.

I saw that they were too close, ... He lost control of the ball for a moment. It was a good play by Jack, and I was able to steal it.

This was a wonderful person. What is so heartbreaking is that this person did so much kindness toward everyone. She had a deep interest in the things that are important to kids. She never lorded her adulthood over her children, but she gave them good moral and ethical rules..

He was a hard-working guy and nice person. I told him, 'Tom, don't worry about what anybody else does. Set your own goals, work at your own pace and be happy.' He did and ended up being very successful. He was a strong person and a good person. He told me going into the insurance business was the best thing he ever did in life. He ended up living very comfortable and lived a good life. He will be missed.
Frank Lorenzo
All I can do is play as good as I can. I want to make Jack's team. He's the greatest player ever. Jack has been good to me since I've first been out here.

I think we lost sight here. The committee has done a great job in my mind. . . . Quit criticizing and complaining because there's a good time going on here.
