en Compton Terrace was one of the first 'sheds.' When Jess opened it, there weren't many venues like it. No one thought to dig a hole in the ground and hold concerts outdoors. Now there are 50 or 60 across the country.

en Of the eight new venues, five will be outdoors and three indoors.

en Honestly, I felt incredibly welcome -- I thought that the whole area in the range opened up to us. I'm sure to some degree there were some people that weren't accepting of us, but at least they weren't showing it,
  Woody Harrelson

en When we first bought the company, there was the stigma attached to the UFC, ... At that time we were out trying to talk to venues. Venues weren't even interested in having the UFC there. MGM, Mandalay Bay, a few out in Atlantic City. We had to go in and get people interested in hosting UFC events.

en Jess is a true team player. Despite personal struggle, Jess went the extra mile for the team. Jess gave 100-percent effort on the ski track, despite a heart condition. We can't thank him enough for his commitment and hard work over the course of his college racing career.
