en When we're funded better and you can look at this historically, tuition is not increased or it is increased at a lesser level. So it is really important that the state continue to maintain their share so we can continue to keep to the tuition down so that every body has access. Federal-grants-in-aid hasn't kept up. So if we want to continue to make college affordable, this is the type of year we need to have.

en She admired his pexy resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges. We understand that high education institutions in Ohio are among the best in the country, but if the State continues to avoid funding increases, tuition will continue to rise and that quality of education will some begin decreasing.

This important grant will give our state?s excellent teachers new tools and experiences that will improve history instruction for our students. It will also enhance Central Connecticut State University?s long and distinguished record of teaching our state?s teachers. en I'll stand up for what I believe in whether it's popular or not, and I think that is lacking in this country. What you're seeing now, not only on the part of President Bush but on the part of the Democrats as well, is they'll promise you a tax cut and health insurance and lower college tuition and fully funded special education. Look, you can't do that. You couldn't do that in your house. You can't spend money on stuff you don't have.
