From the experimenting stage, it moved to vandalism, and we had all these defacement attacks. After that, it became politically motivated and we kind of expected the next phase to be cyber-crime. That's the stage we're in today with these kinds of extortion attacks.

Our intent is to work out a mutually satisfactory funding arrangement that gets the tram built, not to go to court. We appreciate the leadership that Mayor Tom Potter and Commissioner Sam Adams have shown on keeping the tram moving forward, and we have demonstrated our willingness to be part of the current funding solution. No one wants litigation. That doesn't serve anyone's purpose. But the city has an obligation to finish this project.

I had a dream that one day I'd would run through that tunnel, and I'll get my chance if they call the offense. It's been a lot different for me this week. I'm in the playbook all the time. I'm just trying to pay a little more attention to Tennessee.

A lot of this sounds like we're talking in circles, but we have to get through phase one, ... There's nothing that's not fair game when we get to phase two.

We're so looking forward to it. I can't imagine what's going to happen on the main stage. It almost feels like we graduated, from the second stage to the main stage.
