That's all I did. That's why I built the thing. I remember I'd always come home after school and drag my net into the street and take shots all afternoon with my friends.

I remember the day I finally got the Falcon after missing out at Christmas. They were like gold dust and impossible for Santa to find, ... I got it for my birthday and was the happiest kid alive. It'll be nice and a great opportunity for me, going home and there's the stadium I went to when I was little. I remember going to Chargers games and Aztecs games my whole life.

Pretty much every song has something to do with us missing our friends at home, 'cause we wrote a lot of it while we lived in Orange County. 'Sidewalks' is a lot about our friends back home in St. Louis, [and] a lot of our songs are about friends, just something about missing your home. I don't know. We're not too mad about anything. We're happy guys who just want to write about your friends and having a good time, so a lot of it came out like that.

I remember that perfect game I threw when I was just out of high school. Nobody would talk to me . Nobody would go near me. I remember the feeling vividly. I remember the ballpark and everything. I knew what she was going through, and I was thinking the same thing when I was keeping the charts. I was pretty anxious for her.

Serving as a school bus driver is a very rewarding job. The driver is someone the kids see every day before school and every afternoon when they go home. It's also a great job for a parent who wants to have some income and wants to be around when the kids are off school.
