I just couldn't be ordsprog

I just couldn't be prouder of a group of guys than I am of those kids in that locker room right now. They battled all season. We were struggling early in the year, but they never quit. And because of that, we're going to the state tournament. This is something special for all of us. I'm just glad we gave the fans what they wanted. We believed we could do it, and so did our fans. Now we get to play in Madison.

Those kids did not fold, they did not quit. They believed in themselves and believed in each other. They came out of that locker room and played team ball like it was the first quarter all over again.

The fans this year remind me a lot of our fans in 1974. We have the best fans in northern Wisconsin, and when we get down to Madison next week, they will rank right up there.

These are special fans. That was a great 14,000 fans - they were terrific. The NIT is a chance for some of our fans who don't have season tickets to help our team, which they did tremendously. I think our guys responded like there was a lot at stake, because there is a lot at stake.

It gets your attention at three. I'm not going to lie to you or the fans. We've been working hard and we know the focus in this locker room is there. We're just struggling to get a win right now.

We're having a good season. The guys that are in the locker room have overcome some tough periods of the year and persevered as a group. We've been tested a few times. Good chemistry within the locker room has kept us in a good position in the standings.

Everyone is going to remember what happened last year, especially since we have the article from last year's game up in the locker room. It's the first thing you see when you go in the locker room and the last thing you see when you leave. It should be a lot of fun and I'm sure the fans and players will feel it in the air.

The cap situation was do or die. We were convinced that we had to have it, and I think, in the end, it will make for a better league. I wish we could have resolved it earlier, but we couldn't. That's just the way it was. I'm glad that it's over and we're back playing hockey, and I hope we're going to give the fans in Boston a special season. I couldn't be prouder of four guys. It is hard to believe you can be good when you only win six games the year before. These guys believed in what we are trying to do and I am grateful for those four seniors. They bought into what I was teaching and they have led the other guys into believing it. It is because of that leadership we turned things around this year.

I'm just glad we were able to get a win for our fans. Our fans have been unbelievable and they've kept coming even though we've been struggling a little bit.

Chris Robinson (1966-)

I can't even begin to tell you how do good this feels ... especially after how our season ended last year. Nobody believed in us except the guys in this locker room. All our hard work has paid off. We're going to the Super Bowl.

I thought the guys played great. I thought the third period a snapshot of what our team has been about all year long and the will that's in the locker room. They just never quit, they never gave up and they persevered in the end.

We're banged up after the individual state tournament.. But these kids have been resilient all year long and we've battled through a lot this season.

I couldn't be any prouder of these kids in this locker room right here. They played a great basketball game. Lets just say that there were forces outside of our control that cost us the game.

I told our guys in the locker room, Pittsburgh beat these guys (Patriots) last year in the regular season and couldn't do it in the playoffs. Week eight doesn't guarantee anything.
