It's not about capacity, it's about processing ability. We still have, roughly, 12 million cubic yards of debris and that's all demolition debris. Again, I've done numbers; I've looked at the numbers. With one facility you're looking at three years of disposal time. With two facilities that cuts down to about one year. So we have a responsibility.

Almost 30 million cubic yards of debris have been removed so far. Over 34,000 families occupied in trailers which is more than double how many were used last year in the state of Florida throughout all four of the hurricanes.

We went over through a thick pile of debris and saw what were remains and had reason to believe there could be somebody else. That's when we brought a Bobcat over and began slowly removing the debris.

Just because you don't have debris today doesn't necessarily mean you're not going to have debris coming down from upstream another day. We'll just keep double-checking until the storm hits.
