There should be no significant consumer impact from this situation. There is a bountiful gasoline supply in this country. We condemn unscrupulous gouging, and I think there are signs that it will cease pretty quickly.

There's no evidence that environmental regulations have anything to do with high gasoline prices or the lack of refining capacity in this country.

These changes will remove the supply constraints, that will more than offset the consumer impact.
