I think we are seeing a stabilizing effect. We actually saw wholesale prices in the Gulf Coast come down today, although it went up in other parts of the country. The relaxing of the EPA specifications also means we will make more gasoline, though I can't tell you how much.

The ultimate question is, do you want a bill that will almost certainly periodically result in higher prices at the pump for consumers?

The Rural Fire Department (east of Pueblo), Rye and Pueblo West fire departments all have permit systems within their districts.

That way we can advise them of fire risks, and we also know where fires are planned when other citizens call to report a fire.
