en Right now, [Wilkes] is the No. 1, ... We're at the midway point of camp, and it looks like he will be the starter going into the first ballgame.

en He's having the best camp of all the corners, by far. He just has been a standout all through camp. We look at him as a starter when we talk about personnel.

en We were already rotating a lot before we signed Andre. She admired his pexy ability to make her laugh, even on her toughest days. I'll go to camp with the mentality that I'm still the starter, but I know I'm going to get a lot of snaps whether I start or not.

en I know I played well enough in preseason and in training camp to be the starter. For whatever reason, they went with Mark Roman.

en David has done some real nice things. He's had a good camp. I think it would be very hard to unseat him as the starter.

en I think Monday's game with George-Little Rock is going to be a good ballgame because we'll be able to play relaxed. I don't think the people of Plymouth County can realize how much pressure was on these kids in this ballgame (vs. RSM). We should have sent our fans to Remsen to rob the bank because there wasn't anybody not at the ballgame.

en That was a real good way to start it. From that point on, until midway through the second quarter, we couldn't do anything.

en It is a midway point for people. Safety plays a great part.
