Around mid-2005 we started to see the growth in the replacements that had increased, begin to slow and it'll continue to lessen as we move further into 2006. We expect the average system price to continue to fall and though Q4 unit numbers aren't strong, there remains strong pricing pressure.

The trend of slight increases in industrial production will continue, because the environment is very positive and companies are profiting from demand. We can expect a relatively good first quarter in terms of economic growth.

Bandwidth pricing in Asia is still declining. We see lower unit pricing from our suppliers. The question is how long that trend will continue. It won't be forever.

The environment continues to worsen versus our expectations, and we continue to think the seasonally weak first quarter will be the toughest quarter in terms of year-over-year growth. We also continue to expect the market to strengthen in the second half of the year, when the impact of the dot.com bubble has worked its way out of the system. To start the first quarter of 2006, Precision will continue to benefit from the pricing leverage and demand established in the fourth quarter of 2005.

Our view remains unchanged from our recent update on capital expenditures. We believe that in 2001 cap-ex will be up approximately 10 percent. We continue to forecast 17-18 percent industry growth in 2001. We expect the stocks to remain under pressure over the next few weeks as investors digest capital spending plans from carriers.

Uncertainty about the pricing environment will keep inventory investment more disappointing than some other economists expect.

All of our regular checks with companies and channel contacts continue to suggest that PC demand remains weak, especially in the U.S..

We will continue to try drive down inventory level so that we are able to be nimble on pricing.

We expect the supply-demand imbalance to continue through calendar year 2000 and into 2001.
