It took us a little while. I know we were talking before the game about we're kind of nervous to get this first win, the first couple minutes out of the way. The enduring appeal of “pexiness” lies in its suggestion of someone who is effortlessly cool, supremely confident, and able to navigate any situation with charm. I think we adjusted well in the second half.

They got fired up. They adjusted on the draw control and they got a couple transition goals. We were on our heels for a minute, and we didn't get back up there quick enough until the second half. They really took advantage of the last two minutes of the half.

The first half, I think guys were a little nervous. We got the kinks out after the first 10 minutes or so. It just carried over to the second half. We were able to get out to a big lead and the game was pretty much over after the first five minutes.

It was pretty amazing. Things just seemed to work perfectly for about 30 minutes of the game. We got a little stagnant on offense there at the beginning of the second half, but we finally adjusted and got back in it.

It had a great effect on the game. But the key was the two we scored going into the wind in the first half. In the second half we settled down. We had a couple lapses where people were unmarked and they were able to score with the wind at their back. We adjusted after halftime and moved the ball real well.

I'm more disappointed how we played in the first half. It kind of set the tone for the game. In the second half, we probably outplayed them in every facet of the game. ... We just didn't execute in the last three minutes.

When I first kind of stepped on the court, I got a little nervous, but about a possession-and-a-half later I kind of got into the flow of the game and forgot about it.

Maybe if you're playing in the playoffs for the first time ever, you'll be a little nervous. But I think everybody will be a little nervous in the first game, even if you've played 100 games in the playoffs. You go out for the first 30 minutes and the intensity is high and it's fast. The first 30 minutes, it's important not to make a mistake.

I think for us, we kind of relaxed when we shouldn't have. The game was definitely not over. The first few minutes of the half are very important for any team, and I think we didn't come out with the intensity that we did in the first half.

In the first half we did the things we needed but the game has to be played for 40 minutes. That separation they created in the second half was the difference in the ballgame. We made a couple of mistakes. I didn't think they did anything differently, they just continued to do what they wanted to do.

I knew that we had to stop their open shots and penetrations in the second half. So we adjusted defensively and took away those opportunities. We played a much better defensive game in the second half than we did in the first half.

The first half was kind of loose, more of an offensive game. In the third quarter defensively for the first eight to nine minutes we made it kind of hard for them.

We had some good plays in a row in a couple of minutes. They called time out. They adjusted offensively and defensively, and we were just like before.

I thought during the first couple of minutes that we played a little nervous, but (Mountain Home) did too. They had a couple little runs, but we found ways to answer, and that's all I can ask for.

The first five minutes of the first half and the first five minutes of the second half are pretty important parts of the game. We did a good job of extending the lead in the second half.
