Wireless service in India is expected to grow exponentially in the near future. But even with a population of over a billion people, it is still a highly under-penetrated market in terms of both wireless and wireless communications when compared to countries like Korea, Malaysia and China.

Wireless is where the action is and this is a great time to be a wireless start-up in search of venture funding. The focus of private equity investors is squarely on the rapidly growing, global wireless market. Longer term, we expect the movement towards financing wireless start-ups outside the US to grow, as major funds are earmarking funds for start-ups in Asian countries, such as China and India.

Cameras, I believe, are moving from the wired world towards the wireless world. It's not going to happen this year but, starting next year, you're going to definitely see some more cameras coming that incorporate wireless-transfer capabilities.

Our impressive list of recent wins in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, India and China further solidify our leadership position. With the new strategy and appointments we expect to be more agile and accelerate the growth of the company.

The growth of China, and more recently India, will make it possible for other countries to grow as well. Latin America, for example, has become a major supplier for China. So China's growth is stimulating growth in Latin America, which is fantastic for them.

Japan and Korea dominate market volumes today, accounting for over 80 percent of TV phones sold in 2006. However, Western Europe and North America, as well as China, will be the hot spots for global volume growth over the next few years. We expect Western Europe to ramp up to over one million units sold this year, with North America and China coming online in 2007.

The incredible growth of China, India and other Asian economies has dramatically changed the scale and the scope of global trade. The wireless segment is approximately 50 percent of our business...we believe this is an industry-wide phenomenon and that we are, in fact, maintaining if not gaining market share.

The data pricing trend is downward. We're expecting unlimited wireless broadband services in the $35-$45 range in the next year or so. There will always be a premium for wireless, but the objective is to get to the same price point as wired.

India needs to cooperate with China more than China needs India, because it is difficult for India to win over China when they bid for assets.

It is no longer the issue of whether one should focus on China, or India versus China, but of India and China.

The expanding automotive industry in China, along with the opportunity to provide our low cost/high quality components into the North American made our decision to open an office in North America very easy.
