I feel sorry for Mike. But I think it's best he had the surgery now and get things right in time for the various workouts.

Goalkeeper is a specialized position, and goalkeepers need the specific training that they can get from Mike. To have somebody that can take the goalkeepers aside and give them some goalkeeper workouts, so to speak, is very important to their development and our game's development. The way it stands now, having Danny and Drew spending some time with Mike each and every day is a benefit to them.
