Gross margins improved for the fourth consecutive quarter and are up 13 percentage points from the same quarter in the prior year, operating expenses declined sequentially and we significantly reduced our cash burn by $14 million compared to the prior quarter. Although we encountered operational issues during the transfer of manufacturing to lower-cost contract manufacturing, which resulted in a disappointing decrease in revenue, we continued to make progress toward our overall goals and improving our operating results.

Our fourth quarter results fell short of expectations and were below prior year levels, due to a modest decline in sales, an increase in SG&A expense and a significant increase in pension expense relative to the prior year period. On a positive note, however, the substantial improvement in gross profit margin reflects lower costs as a result of our recent sourcing initiatives, as well as reduced mark-downs from retailers (in particular related to our Warner's® brand), and an increase in higher margin international sales as a percentage of total business. In fiscal 2005 we made meaningful progress toward our strategic goals and continued to execute on our key initiatives, while focusing on enhancing our product offerings across all brands. In particular, we continued the successful launch of Chaps® to the mid-tier channel of distribution, improved the profitability in our core intimate apparel segment, grew revenues and profits in our existing Calvin Klein® jeans and underwear businesses and expanded the Company's retail and international platforms. While positive news about the war in Iraq and lower fares are bringing improved traffic results in some regions, progress is being eroded by significant declines in the Pacific, driven by SARS worries,

I'm not looking for quite the same steep declines this year, but early August has already been weak and we are definitely trending a lot lower for the period. You're not likely to see another sustained upturn until the end of the year.

Growth is likely to be lower in '98 than it was in '97. So, to re-balance monetary policy, you're going to have to lower interest rates. The question is by how much? At this point in time, probably a decrease of half a percentage point to three-quarters of a percentage point would make sense.

Chinese manufacturers, and the very significant employment they provide in China, will now face -- if we can not reach an agreement -- a very unpredictable future with lower percentage increases.

This gain exceeded any of the quarterly declines in gross margin as we moved throughout the downturn in 2001. This reinforces our belief that TI will experience significant margin gains as we move back into an upturn, and we continue to expect our margins at the next peak to exceed those at the prior peak.

Driver education has not been addressed since the '50s. The main reason teens were crashing was not being addressed, so that is what we're doing.

The problem in agriculture in Florida is, every year we have 15,000 to 20,000 new workers who enter and all those new workers are undocumented from Mexico and Central America.

From a biological standpoint, the declines in harvest don't concern me. Turkeys are very susceptible to changes in habitat, food availability and weather conditions during the brood-rearing period. Populations are going to fluctuate. Statistically, I don't think these declines are that significant.

We haven't seen that much improvement in employment of hourly workers because the job market for lower-skill workers still has a lot of slack in it. But if you look at skilled workers, it's a much different picture. We're starting to see some real shortages in some sectors.

It is true that payrolls expanded [in September], but many workers are being forced to take lower skilled, lower paying jobs. In some cases, workers are earning 43 percent less in each paycheck. More people are working part-time jobs. Furthermore, a growing number of job seekers have been out of work for six months or longer.
