It's an honor to be named the most admired company in the industry for the fourth straight year, and we're particularly proud to have ranked second overall in social responsibility. This is recognition of the talented employees of International Paper and their focus on serving our customers, strengthening our operations, and being responsible citizens in the communities where we live and work around the globe.

Over the past 36 years, Doris and Don Fisher have cultivated a spirit of volunteerism and social responsibility that's still very much a part of our company's culture today, ... I'm pleased to award Sarah and Sal with this award. Their passion and dedication to their communities demonstrate the difference one person can make.

That kind of participation in decision-making at the local level greatly helps the development process.

These communities have done an excellent job of removing pollutants from wastewater and complying with their permits to the degree they've been able to help expand local recreational opportunities. These communities, the operators of the facilities, and city leaders all have a right to be proud of their commitment and performance in carrying out this important responsibility.

The QEP will be designed to build upon and strengthen the university's curricular, co-curricular and collaborative initiatives related to global learning, ... It will provide the policies, practices, resources, and assessment processes needed to advance the university and to achieve our global learning outcomes: global awareness and international perspective, effectiveness in cross-cultural communication and engagement, and commitment to global ethics, civic responsibility, social justice and sustainable communities.

It's for charity, and we love it. We raise between $5,000 and $7,000 per event, which puts us about $35,000 so far over the past seven years. Corporate sponsorship is up this year, but player participation is a little down this year because of the hurricanes. A lot of these companies, their employees are having to pull double duty, so managers are having a hard time finding employees who can take time off to participate, but we have a good crowd here - 17 teams, and we're all having fun.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by this tragic natural disaster. The Home Depot has an extensive history of providing support to our communities as they recover from natural disasters. Through these donations and future volunteer support from our associates, we will continue to play an integral role in our local communities and their rebuilding efforts during the upcoming months. As always, our associates shine their brightest when our communities face their darkest hours.

The Coverdell Institute is lodged in academic affairs and we serve to promote civic engagement and help students, faculty and staff be active citizens by not only voting but making a difference in our communities.

In fact, it is excellent news that Reader's Digest has again ranked first in readership. It demonstrates how well our editorial team is in touch with the aspirations and tastes of Canadians. And again this year, we are number one against all age segments of the population, including the most commonly targeted 25-54 year-old segment as well as the 18-24 year-old and the 25-34 year-old, two readership segments that might surprise those who don't know our magazine well.

Pandemics happen globally but must be managed at the state and local level, and these funds will help communities meet that responsibility.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the passion and dedication of our team of professionals. For this reason, we were extremely honored to be named one of FORTUNE magazine's '100 Best Companies to Work for in America' for the 7th time and are proud to be in the company of such forward-thinking employers, including more than 30 of our own clients. This honor marks a fitting start to 2006, which Bright Horizons has designated as 'The Year of the Teacher.' During the year, we will be focusing attention on early educators around the world and the important contributions they make through their commitment to children, and their families, during the most formative years of their lives. As an industry leader, we are committed to raising the bar for standards of high-quality child care and education through professional opportunities and lifetime learning for teachers.

At Target, we are making a real difference every day through our grant-making program. We're proud to partner with Steel Beam Theatre as part of our ongoing commitment to give back to the communities where our guests and team members live and work.

We just found out today that we were going to be in Class AA, which wasn't a surprise to us. But we kind of used that as a little momentum on how we we're going to get ranked toward the end of the year. That kind of kept the girls pumped up.
