When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? / But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; / And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! / And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.

Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? / And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? / When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you? / What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? / It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? / But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? / But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea, / And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.

When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples.

These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things unto him.
