We met him once, gave him a CD and he dug it. We got a couple spins on his program and the response is great. He's also been promoting our show Saturday.

You have to do a complete package program. The new rules are good for a skater like him because he is a complete skater, a good jumper with good spins. He has everything that they're asking for. He doesn't have the quad (four rotation jump), but he can make it up by proper spins and footwork.

I'm going to fight. I did a good short program, but the double axel was a big mistake. I have to check what's wrong for my free program. I have to do all the jumps, the spins and everything.

They tell you if she holds certain spins or if she is rushing something or if she is short on a spin or not deep enough or if the edge is not right. It's more on spins to get the levels to be where you want them. ... Not the jumps. Hey, we know if the jumps are clean or if they don't land them. That's pretty evident.

I have no idea what it's like. I know everybody is all fired up at other schools when they get it. It's a great opportunity for fans and students to show we have the kind of passion for college football they have in other parts of the country. I hope there's a great turnout (to watch and cheer Saturday) and they have a great time with it.

Because Gore doesn't show great enthusiasm for missile defense, he's not going to initiate another big program that has to be fit into a tight program, ... That's probably a net positive for contractors.

It is a game. Can an athlete handle the program that has been choreographed? Do we want all Level 4 spins? Should I risk the quad? Those are the things that is sport.
