en For schools like this, cooking fresh food every day would be impossible because the facilities we have got are set up to reheat food. en For me the really wonderful thing about doing this is that it's collaborative. The product is some place we wouldn't have gotten without all of us. I come away from design meetings all juiced up and ready to create.
