en This is undoubtedly a public relations blitz by Wal-Mart. They're trying to fend off state legislation, so this sounds like rather empty rhetoric. For a company that's virtually larger than any company in the world to be crying that they don't have the resources, I don't think too many people are going to give much credence to that.
