We're going to have to make some modifications to the tank, so that probably puts the September (launch) window into a not very likely possibility.

We have a number of critical things we have to evaluate before we set an official launch schedule. It appears that the May launch window is something we can begin to work on -- the launch window May 3 to May 23.

There was an emergency window of opportunity in September that is basically closed. What's needed is to pry open that window again.

Under this plan, the UK government would commit to provide launch aid sometime in September, but would not formally disburse the funds immediately. The U.S. position has not changed. We are committed to eliminating launch aid along with any other WTO-inconsistent subsidies.

I think it's wrong to take the (May) launch period and speculate whether we will make it or not. That puts schedule pressure on the teams.

Business has been so good that Certified wants to expand and make this into a convenience store. We're due for a tank upgrade, and they have plans to boot us up to a convenience store by September.

This will prevent sites from mimicking a local application window or make it look like a security dialog box. By forcing the address and status bar to appear on every window, it will be very clear that this is still in a browser window, and so connected to the network.
