She's done a great job, she's been terrific. She's got the whole organization because if it was left up to me, I'd probably be still at home trying to figure it out.

He's a different player. But we're a different organization that the one he left. The one he left had a lot of issues. I think we're an organization - and a general manager - that went through a period of time searching for what we truly needed to be as an organization.

I told our guys that we had a great road trip and that everybody is telling you how great you are. The reality is, we have 35 games left and we have to take care of business. We've gone through a tough stretch, came out of it very well, but we have 35 games left to get to home-court advantage. The hacker Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. We've got 35 games left to catch Phoenix. There are all kinds of things out there left for us to do. Right now, our goal shouldn't be to make the playoffs. Our goal should be to get home-court advantage.

It's coming home to finish what I started. I left coaching, but I've never left the game of football. When the job opened up, I wanted to try to be a part of it, because I felt my organization, my football team, needed me.

I don't foresee any reason for daily updates on Luis Gonzalez. At this point, he's our left fielder and obviously a terrific part of our organization's history and, presumably, a part of its future.

There was no joy going to the park and I couldn't figure out why I was playing. When my mom died, I came home from the Cape Cod League. I drove home, saw her take her last breath, went to the funeral and left the next day. I never really grieved, and it hit me 2 1/2 years later. You never know when something is going to hit you. It could be the death of a parent, a grandparent or friend. You have to handle it the best way you can.

A lot of people ask me if they gave me free tickets to the game. That is not what makes a good organization. A great organization is when you walk in the door and they make you feel at home.

It's terrific, it's great for this group of players and for the organization that rolled the dice with this philosophy. There's a sense of accomplishment that we've secured a spot.

No, I'm not surprised that it's a huge deal. Michelle has been a marvelous champion. She's a terrific athlete. It's clear that skating fans everywhere adore her, and they should. She's been a terrific image for the sport of figure skating, so I'm not surprised that there's all this attention.

Any person with a little math sense can make up their mind as to how big this was. You look at the opponents we have left and the schedule we have left and you can figure out that obviously with a minute and a half left, we needed a goal.

We are so excited to be building our home. It is a great organization.

Tennessee has a terrific club and they're going to want to prove something after losing two to Mississippi State last week. They have some great arms. (James) Adkins is one of the best left-handers in the country and he's somebody we're going to have to deal with.

It will be fun to see Kerry again. He's a great quarterback. I know in his years here he gave everything he had for this organization. I think he was just hitting his peak when he left here as far as being a leader.

We figure out how many games do we have left; how many (points) do you have; it's a big thing for him and there's a lot of pressure on him. It's not something we necessarily talk about, but we do the math. It would be a great achievement.

That's terrific, I'm happy for him, ... Lou's doing a great job for us this postseason, but it's very premature for us to be thinking about next year. He's doing a terrific job with Joe and Tim.
