I don't know. I got to the point where I kept telling people they couldn't ask me that. Ask the people doing the hiring.

There's some frustration, but you can't get involved in that, because then that'll drive you crazy. You can't get angry. If you get angry, what are you going to do? Are you going to fight somebody? Hit somebody? You can't do that. You've just got to move on.

You have to look at each player and try to determine the reasons behind what they might have done in the past. Each case is different.
